Dr. Mark Jobe: Pastoring a City, Raising a New Generation of Leaders

Dr. Mark Jobe is the president of Moody Bible Institute and the founding pastor of New Life Community Church, a Chicago-based ministry with 27 locations. Born to missionary parents in Spain, he moved to Chicago at 17 to attend Moody, earning a diploma in Communications (1984), a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University, a Master’s in Ministry from Moody Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University. He hosts Bold Steps on Moody Radio, authored Unstuck: Out of Your Cave into Your Call and What Now?: How to Move into Your Next Season, and founded New Life Centers to support underserved youth. He and his wife, Dee, have three adult children.
